Unfortunately the Galaxy S4 seems to go alone an not as a combo. You will probably have to take up the basic phone separate and consequently incure a connection fee. Please do note that you can still take up the basic phone with a FREE SIM & connection if done online. Only in-store orders incure SIM and connection fees.
